White Broom Honey

It’s a light amber coloured with a golden hue honey. This type of honey has a late crystallization and offers a delicate floral aroma with a touch of vegetation.

• Humidity ≤ 18 %.
• Aw ≤ 0,620.
• Hydroxymethylfurfural ≤ 20 mg/kg.
• Diastase activity ≤ 12 unidades Shade.
• Electrical conductivity between 0,150 y 0,500 mS/cm.

Production area

This type of honey is produced in the Mt. Teide National Park at an altitude of over 1500 meters, unique habitat of this endemic plant in the world. This is the oldest honey of Tenerife and the most traditional one.
