Oatcakes with honey from tenerife (aura miel) Jan 2, 2018 | Recipes Ingredients: 20 units 3 cupfuls of oatmeal 1 spoonful of vanilla essence 1 spoonful of hazelnut syrup (optional) 3 spoonfuls of honey 1 egg A pinch of salt 2 spoonfuls of coconut oil 1 teaspoon of yeast 1/3 of a cup of water Directions: 20 minutes For the oatmeal, put the 3 cupfuls of oatmeal in the food processor and grind it until you obtain a very fine and uniform flour. . Add the rest of ingredients, first the dry ones and then the wet ingredients. Mix it to form a uniform dough that doesn’t stick to the hands. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven over medium-low heat and make little balls with the dough. Squash them and put them in a can over tinfoil. Bake it at medium-low heat approximately 10-15 minutes. Let it cool and sample.
