  • 3 cupfuls of oatmeal
  • 1 spoonful of vanilla essence
  • 1 spoonful of hazelnut syrup (optional)
  • 3 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 1/3 of a cup of water

  1. For the oatmeal, put the 3 cupfuls of oatmeal in the food processor and grind it until you obtain a very fine and uniform flour.

  3. Add the rest of ingredients, first the dry ones and then the wet ingredients.
  4. Mix it to form a uniform dough that doesn’t stick to the hands.
  5. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven over medium-low heat and make little balls with the dough. Squash them and put them in a can over tinfoil.
  7. Bake it at medium-low heat approximately 10-15 minutes. Let it cool and sample.
