- For the oatmeal, put the 3 cupfuls of oatmeal in the food processor and grind it until you obtain a very fine and uniform flour.

- Add the rest of ingredients, first the dry ones and then the wet ingredients.

- Mix it to form a uniform dough that doesn’t stick to the hands.

- Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

- Preheat the oven over medium-low heat and make little balls with the dough. Squash them and put them in a can over tinfoil.

Bake it at medium-low heat approximately 10-15 minutes. Let it cool and sample.
